How fast can I get my stuff?

We know you want your stuff asap! That's why we will package your stuff sturdily and ship it out within 2 business days (or less!) via USPS. Delivery generally takes 2-5 days depending on your address.

Do you ship internationally?

Certainly! Unless otherwise requested, we will always select the least expensive shipping option to save you money. While Sea Mail is not offered by USPS, first class mail (standard mail) is reasonably priced and generally takes 10-14 days. If you would like to upgrade to International Priority please email us with your address for a quote. Generally USPS International Priority is $55+.

How much is shipping?

Most purses ship for 9.99, accessories for 3.50 or less. If you buy multiple items, shipping is only charged for the bigger item. 

What is your return policy?

We generally do no accept returns. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know. We strive to make things right.

Do you make custom handbags?

Not currently. However we do take into consideration color requests for future items :)
